Using internet as the medium we help customers turning buying of books into a convenient, time-saving, above all, an exciting personalized experience.
Q. How do I find my book?
A. To reach the book of your choice you can use the search or advanced search links on the top navigation bar on the Home page. By just adding the name of the book, you will get all the details about it. If you are not sure about the exact title of the book, Search by ‘Keywords’. For example, if you want to search the title ‘The Power of Appreciation’ then you can enter the word ‘Appreciation’ in search bar and you will get all the books having Appreciation in their titles. You can also try the same for Author’s Name & ISBN.
Q. How can I place an order with you?
A. You can directly place the orders online if you want to pay through your Credit or Debit Card. If you want to make payments through Demand Draft, please list the books you want to order in ‘Order Form’ and Email us. We will get back to you with necessary details.
Q. How do I find a book through quick search and advanced search?
A. When you are sure of a title or the name of a publisher or the name of the author, type in the quick search or advanced search box and click start. If your search is not fetching you any result, it means that your search criterions are incorrect. In your next attempt, type only those word or words of the criterions that you are sure of.
Q. I am looking for a book which is not listed on your site?
A. Please email the title, author and publisher and we shall try to fetch the book for you.
Q. What is your mode of dispatch?
A. We dispatch books by courier. You have to make advance payment by demand draft. We shall not send books through VPP.
Special Instruction: - If courier is not reaching your destination please mention in order form that the parcel should be send by registered post parcel.

A. You can pay directly through your Credit/Debit Card online or you can also send us advance payment by Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Indra Publishing House, Bhopal”.

A. Yes, we do accept payments through Debit Cards. You can either directly pay online through your Debit Cards or money can be transferred to our account. For our account number please contact us.

A. We do not send books through VPP.

A. Kindly let us know the deposition of payment in the bank through email or telephone along with your address. We will later confirm the status and location of the payee from the Bank.

A. We do accept payment by at par cheque. Order will be processed after amount realization in our Bank Account.

A. You shall receive the books within 3-4 days after being dispatched.
